Absolutely stunning property. The views over the estuary are even more breathtaking in person than in the photos. We spent every morning on the terrace with coffee watching the boats go by. The kitchen is incredibly well-equipped and the beds are the most comfortable we've ever slept in on holiday. Will 100% be back.

We've stayed in a lot of Plum Guide properties and this is genuinely one of the best. The location is perfect — walking distance to Salcombe town and the beach, but completely private and peaceful. The outdoor dining area is magical at sunset. Highly recommend.

We came with three generations of family — grandparents, parents and kids — and the house worked perfectly for everyone. Plenty of space, great layout, and the river views kept everyone entertained. The Plum Guide team were incredibly helpful with local recommendations too.

The perfect girls' trip destination. We hired kayaks from the nearby centre and paddled right from the property. The interiors are gorgeous — very Instagrammable! — and everything was spotlessly clean on arrival. The welcome hamper was a lovely touch.
